Pilates classes in Bristol

Below are details for my weekly Pilates mat classes in Bristol that are subscribed to for a 6 week term, and ongoing. 
Classes are an hour, or 50 minutes long, with a maximum of 12 people per session. Cost - £48/£60/£66 (depending on venue) for 6 weeks.
Classes must be prepaid due to the policy of small numbers.
NB: I am unable to provide refunds, or transfer payment over to another term for missed classes. 
*Availability changes from term to term. It's always worth checking with me as spaces may come up from week to week if someone can't make it to one of the classes during the term

 More complex movements and choreography. Faster paced. Some small equipment used, such as the Pilates Magic Circles :), 7 "Overballs, bands and Foam Rollers. Small groups.

 

 

 

 

As described above - more complex movements and more challenging, but still very accessible.  The 10.15is a little harder than 11.15. And sometimes we use The Pilates Magic Circles (and it really is!), 7" Overballs (fantastic!), Foam Rollers (also a great tool) and bands. Again, small groups.

Pilates is helpful both before and after pregnancy as it strengthens the pelvic floor and abdominals, protects your back, and focuses on the breath and relaxation - helping you prepare for the birth and getting you in shape afterwards. I have attended additional training for 'Pilates for Pregnancy' and 'Further Pilates for Pregnancy'.

You may want to get a small group of women together for a course of classes for pre or post natal work. You should check with your health practitioner before taking up any form of exercise.
