After having my two children I had several years of constant back pain, stiffness and numbness. The single thing that has made the biggest improvement is Pilates, and of the several teachers I've tried, Joyce Tyson is by far the best. I've been going to her classes for several years, and can now do exercises I could never have dreamed of when I started. Joyce is always aware of each person's specific needs and weaknesses and tailors her classes to gently stretch, but not put at risk or put off, her clients. I now take for granted my flat stomach and reasonable bottom. Thank you Joyce!
