Stay in a beautiful self catering Eco Lodge, set in a wonderfully peaceful conservation centre, surrounded by 40 acres of meadows, woodland full of birdsong, a lake with otters, nestling between the stunning Cambrian mountains and the lovely Ceridigion coast.
5 hours of Pilates, over the holiday. Arrive Friday late afternoon, leave Sunday after brunch.
Friday: Tea and cake awaits you on arrival!
1 hour of Pilates before a simple dinner.
Saturday: Morning. Light snack, then 2 hours of Pilates, with a short breather half way through, followed by a delicious buffet style brunch (included). Rest of the day free.
There are lots of things to do in the area. Activities are too numerous to mention here - and you might just want to do nothing...however to give you an idea -its not far from Lampeter, the U.K's smallest university town, where you can, amongst other things, sample wonderful homemade Italian ice cream, and a cup of some of the best coffee we've ever had....There is also a beautiful river walk just outside the town.
About 25 minutes away is Newquay (not the one in Cornwall!) which is a lovely, unspoilt seaside town, with clean and peaceful beaches. Dolphins and seals frequent the waters, and there are plenty of boat trips to go Dolphin spotting, or perhaps you'd like to try your hand at fishing for your supper...
Picturesque fishing town Aberaeron, with its unique coloured houses is only 15/20 minutes away. There are some good fish restaurants, and a wonderful coastal walk towards Newquay.
Or kick back and enjoy a massage, the therapist can come to you.
There are lots of nature trails to explore at the centre too.
An expert could lead you on an optional bat walk, or pond dipping, flower walks, foraging from the hedgerows and more, depending on the interests of the group. (Not included).
Sunday: If you're an early bird (!), you could go on a dawn chorus walk, with a knowledgeable guide. (Not included) Then 2 hours of Pilates, with a short break, and another extensive brunch to follow. (Included).
