Shop small and local

Buying from small businesses, local if possible, is even more important during these Covid ridden times.
With this in mind I have put together a few links to businesses that I like, or have been recommended to me by my lovely Pilates clients -some of whom are the makers and owners of these small businesses.
Its great to discover all that talent, of people I have been teaching for years!
So whether its for Christmas gifts or to treat yourself, have a look at the following links, which are mostly, but not all, Bristol based.
Please let me know if you found this useful.
